新相机+圣诞树

很开心自己终于在PC fair的时候买了新相机。没有买到自己原本想买的Panasonic LX3真的是贵得离谱，和我在网上research看到的价钱有很大的差距。。爸爸说我一定是看错model，怎么能够这么不小心 + 假厉害自己乱乱找，可是我真的想说：

我真的没有找错！PC fair卖的那个真的贵的离谱！RM1799 有没有搞错？！

在新加坡买才新币500咯。

最后买了另一个很user friendly又相当便宜的panasonic lumix FS15.. 对身为初学者的我来说是个相当好的开始吧！蛮好用，很多mode给我选，不能调aperture是唯一的遗憾。

不过还在figure out要如何在post照片来blogspot时，不会影响照片原本的quality..用了photobucket来resize，那个照片还是很大个很大个。

有待高人来教教我。


以下都是成品，在家外面的院子拍的。。拍不到半个小时就被蚊子叮得受不了，所以没拍很多。

昨晚在家里布置圣诞树。。。是我们家每年的习惯。。
本来与姐姐达成共识，今年的圣诞树一定要以简约为主，不要像以前那样，全部decor都放上去杂杂的。。


所以今年很有规律地布置了圣诞树。。

可是布置到来，才发现大大的圣诞树还是有点空，始终还是要放其他decor来填补空空的地方。

所以最后。。。。








跟往年没有什么两样！！



不过至少经过仔细plan后，今年的真的没有像以前杂杂的了。



一时无聊, 把这条超级colourful + 闪亮亮的XXX （我不知道那叫什么 :P）放在baski身上。。真的是很“歌台”咯！姐姐说baski好像爆炸了一样..

哦我已经开始学driving了。。很庆幸自己换了一个有耐心的教车老师。。相当enjoy过程，虽然manual 真的比较复杂，不过practice makes perfect!

今天学了reverse parking和上斜坡在斜坡上停着。。他说overall 进步很多，问题不大。听了松了一口气。

盼望早日拿到license..若有需要，到时可以再在澳洲考driving/直接translate，这样就能够在两地驾车了。

当然现在说还太早，明年/third year再说吧 :) 八字都还没一撇呢！！

明天可以出去玩咯！！Singapore Science Centre + LaoBeiJing 我来啦!!!

decembrrrrrr

okay la so now i'm back in malaysia already. soooo bored! at first i wanted to get a job (hotel pianist if possible) but i had pretty bad stomach flu since sunday, but thank God i think i've recovered.

hmm however i'm not sure if i really have the time to get a job, indeed i'm pretty free at the moment, but not for the next couple of weeks coz

1) going to singapore to watch Bodyworlds!
2) driving lessons!
3) i guess i have to practice some songs before Christmas..am now serving in my home church before i go back to melbourne

4) meet up with connie


hmm but what am i doing during this 'waiting period'?

1) doing house chores (wash the dishing, sweep the floor etc etc)
2) spend most of my time in front of computer
3) rotting and watching the telly


feeling a bit empty at the moment, despite having devotion every morning and read "The Cross of Christ" coz i seriously dun have anything better to occupy myself right now. hmm but my mum said:"aiyah you just came back from melbourne, give urself some time to rest and settle down first la."

i guess i just have to wait till next week and get busier and busier and busier :P


OH btw i cook for my family last night! just for one dish though :P ya it's the korean BBQ pork! seems tt everyone in my family love it very much! i'm happy :)

wooh wooh i'm in malaysia peeps!

lolz it's been a berry berry long time since i last blogged! ahh still can't believe i'm already in malaysia..everything's so nice, so familiar, so good. u dun have to care abt whether you're a speechie/uni student/whatever blah, u just have to stay at home and be urself, how nice!

part of the reason that i lost my motivation to blog is tt i dun seem to find much importance to upload photos in my blog when i've already uploaded heaps of photos on facebook! that's really really time consuming i must say..coz i've read through the visitor's information plus googled the places i've visited in order to create an informative album (i.e. through the photo captions) for ppl who view my fb photo album.

oops sorry for being naggy again.

ahh anyway i'll still upload a bit of my photos over here coz that's what blogs are for!

so i went to tasmania with my parents to visit my sister..it's a very beautiful place i must say, just that some people there can be pretty racist towards asians, it's kinda mood-affecting but the only thing i could do was to remind myself the bible verse : "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing."

well, what God thinks of me is far more important that what those people think of me.

i still can't believe i've finished my exam! which means, my first year at uni has ended! which means, i have to blog blog blog blog! over the past few weeks i felt that i've lost the "mojo" to blog, and i wondered if there's any human still bother to read my long forsaken blog..so yeah, here i am to blog about my happenings!

and i actually need to write down the things i want to blog about in case i missed out anything :P

went to northland today and bought a new wallet! me happy~first time having a longitudinal shaped wallet, love it :)

my eldest sister gave me this wallet when i was 11...have been using it for 8 years! it used to be really furry but now it has no "mao" at all already.

quoted from chun-chin: Now you would have to frame the old wallet and save it for posterity... It's an antique and a potential heirloom...

hahaha yeah i'll keep it for sure since that's my first "proper" wallet (what i had in primary school was just a coin purse)

before we got into the bus back to latrobe, we saw this mcdonalds donation thingy and we donated some money (according to phyllis, they are raising funds so that they can organise a fun outing for those critically ill kids) and we got this wristband that printed "Love Hope Support" on it :)

oh! and many many many weeks ago caroline (my swedish floormate) baked me a swedish apple crumble! coz one day we were talking about apple crumble, and she told me that she'll let me taste the swedish style of apple crumble!

thanks lizzie for organising this awesome dinner + cooked for us! had loads of fun chit-chatting and playing games! Lizzie loves U2 soooo much that she just kept playing U2's album on the CD player! and when we headed back home i just couldn't get rid the songs out of my head!
